Took the kids to COSI on Sunday for the Free Community Day. We got there around 11ish so it wasn't super crowded. First we stopped by "Sesame Street Presents the Body", the kids loved it! Corbin and Nora had a blast playing in Hoopers Store and doing Super Grovers Obsticale Course. I don't think they learned anything about the body, but they had fun anyway.
After that we took the kids to see their first movie. COSI was playing the family movie "Fly Me To The Moon" on their Extreme Screen and since it was free we figured now was a good opportunity to see how well they would do. The movie luckily was only 45 minutes long, it was also in 3D. Corbin wore his glasses for the first minute until the movie bugs flew at his face and then he was done with those. He did a great job during the movie, sitting quietly on Randall's lap eating popcorn and asking questions. Nora did alright for the first 10 minutes - then it was a battle to keep her quiet. She would loudly shriek "No NO" any time something didn't go her way. This girl has got an attitude when the mood strikes. So now we know Nora is not ready to see a full length movie, but Corbin would be good if it was an interesting movie for him.
After the movie we decided to leave since it was becoming very crowded. We look the long way home because the kids fell asleep in the car. When we got home we pretty much lounged around the rest of the night.
