I was watching a story on the Today show last week about how it is better to create small manageable resolutions and it would be more successful. So instead of trying to lose a specific amount of weight or that I will go to the gym every morning I am going to make a simple easy goal. My goal is to do sit-ups every day for 2 minutes - if I can keep this up for three months I will progressively give myself more to do.
Goals:
In 2008 I tried to do the 50 Book Challenge - I managed to read just over 20 books. I'm going to try again for 2009 and of course chronicle what I read in my other blog.
Pay down some of my debt
Potty train Nora
Cook more meals during the week
Go on one date a month with Randall
Reorganize the basement
