I am almost finished with the quilt top - YAY! My goal was to have the top done before we went to my grandma's on April 18th and hopefully I will have it finished tonight or tomorrow. Which works out nicely since we might go to Waynesfield on April 11th to see my cousin Matt play Danny in Grease ~ so grandma can give me a head start on the border and then I can bring it back so she can rip it apart and fix it.

This forced deadline is taking away from my knitting and I am so behind on some projects I had started for Mother's Day. I also don't have time to start the gifts for Corbin's teachers before the end of the school year (mid-May). I was going to make them some really nice exfoliater washcloths, but now we've moved on to plan B, Corbin paints some flower pots and we put a flower in them.

I also think my house is conspiring against me, I swear on everything that is holy that I dusted and cleaned the house top to bottom last week and today I noticed the dust has taken over my living room again and the bathrooms are starting to look icky. I will clean everything again this week, but next week all I'm going to do is catch up on neglected projects and maybe prime the walls in the kitchen.
