Acting out? Or just curious?

Yesterday and this morning Corbin decided to put his underwear in the toilet. I have no idea why he is doing things like this. He's gets plenty of one-on-one attention and I give him special time away from Nora at least once a week. I just wish I knew why he is testing his boundaries this way. I want my sweet well behaved boy back!
